Have Grill,Will travel

Post by SAFETYHARBORREDNECK » August 21st, 2018, 1:44 pm

Went to visit Momma this past weekend.
She likes my beercan chicken so I drug the reverse flow 2 hours to Polk County.
There were 16 of us so we did 3 baby backs,6 beercan chickens,1 Chuck roast,13 ABTs and just over 100 bacon wrapped shrimp.

Glad you like it but Ican't take all the credit. I got the basic recipe out of a foodie mag and then modified it over the years till I got something that I liked.
I adjust the amount of cayenne according to who I'm cooking for.
Kinda mild for comp and mas caliente for myself and most family.
