To answer your question Towtruck right or wrong I like the all in one idea behind the
vertical with CC under it as my maiden voyage . I also like the RF concept I'm looking at.
Also a learning curve controlling temps. On my big box smokers with all the mods I've done
still a hair pulling experience and I'm sure with this also! Up here in the northeast as we get colder its even a bigger struggle.
I feel once I get one under my belt the sky's my limit. My main heat source will be charcoal. I'm coming for propane and going
to the real McCoy of BBQ.
