I'm a newbie to the art of smoking and smoker building. I've fairly experienced in metalwork and welding, so I'm planning to build my first smoker this winter, probably using some plans from smokerplans.net. I'm thinking about a RF build. Not sure about the size yet or weather to use a propane tank vs having a plate rolled to a cylinder and weld it up myself.
Anyway, Can't wait to start!
