Our numbers can be a little different on some pits but take the throat number and divide by 50% or 75% for the BP gap (should be smaller than your throat opening. I tend to run a little tighter than that for mine but that is a good starting point. Bottom of the baffle plate should be 1 inch or so higher than the top of the throat opening.
