I would suggest finding a buyer before you build it and ask them what they want. A price could be settled on before hand so you don’t have to bicker later.
I find that people have a hard time spending money on a home made smoker. They don’t understand the cost of materials or the time commitment. The warmer adds to both and may make it more difficult to find a buyer. On the other hand, it could increase your profits.
Owning a professional fabrication shop I’m well aware of the costs and not really worried if It does or doesn’t sell I am more interested in if people use the cabinet enough to justify the extra cost.
With such a large main cc I would think the warming chamber might be used very little unless this smoker is going to be cranking out lots of food or you use it for smaller cooks.
A smoker that size takes the right buyer. I think it's probably worthwhile and if I were buying a smoker like that I'd want the warning cabinet. Finding a buyer is the real challenge here...
I’ve been a little slow with this being a side project and being super busy the last couple months but I did make some progress this week got the one piece wc and firebox broke hopefully I can get the rest of the parts on the plasma this week. The calculator on this forum has been absolutely the best tool for this project
