Lighthouse smoker. Need advice.

It's 36" tall, 15" wide at the base. Fire box is 14" square. I could sure use some advice as this is my first solo smoker build. Maybe someone here can help me out? Thanx. I was wondering what size hole should I use in the fire box for air intake, and how big of hole to the cook chamber? Also how should the baffles be placed? Any help would be appreciated.

It's kind of tough to say what the dimensions should be without knowing exactly what your layout will be. Is the FB going to be underneath the CC or will it be offset ? How and where are you planning on installing shelves ? A rough sketch of what you have in mind will probably get you a few ideas from some of the guys.
