Name is Bill not really much to tell you about me but I like to build things in wood and steel. I do like making smoked vension sommer sausage and have gotten tired of work arounds for smoking meat so as of Xmas I went and built a Uds and used it all ready did up some BBQ squirrel in a Dutch oven with steamed potatoes. I don't know what took me so long to build a Uds. I have also smoked up some pork shoulder. And here is your Q- view
