Wow that's impressive.
But the prices are crazy. I know there's alot of hours and alot of folk working on it but wow crazy money.

And given that they're built for food service, they'll be built to a higher standard than what most of us are making. There's more than a few small details that will make a gov' inspector nuts on a lot of what we make at home.

Wow With those prices they won't sell many. For those looking into this option There are several Commercial Restaurant equipment Distributors That refurbish Smokers ,Ovens and they can be had for less than half of this price. I understand that some want to start out with new equipment but they have to under they are gonna get hosed when they buy new!
