Stack cover looks great. Door props too. I like the lower profile ones like yours.

Thank you. I need to go back and clean some stuff up. It was late last night, and I was beat.... Some housework got the best of me over the weekend.

So do I. Particularly on a small smoker like mine, the door isn’t heavy enough to need a counter weight, but will need a stop.

If I can get done with the racks and handle by today, I will run a test on Saturday with cook on Sunday.

I will finish the workstation next week.

Those grates look awesome. Jealous of how deep your cooker is. You could almost put 3 racks in there. How much space between the racks?

Draft is fantastic. Holds temp very well.

I’ll put latches on later today with some other small touches.

CC metal handle is temporary until I get a wooden handle.

Has been lit for 5hrs. Took up to 425 for an hour.

Brought down to 300 and did a series of steam cleans.

Just seasoned with vegetable oil. Holding steady at 245.
