Rib night!!

Post by tinspark » November 11th, 2020, 5:26 pm

Couldn’t pass up the$1.49 per lb ribs. Double bags for less than $15 . Cooking some up for some families too.
Its good to keep buddies and their families happy , especially at this price..Doing a bunch of bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers and will be throwing them in soon.

I wish I had a neighbor like you! Most of mine always ask me to cook, which I don't mind at all but it'd still be nice. lol

Good neighbors .. My wife grew up in the the house across the street and i lived a block away growing up, so we pretty much know most of them and grew up with them.
My kids helped making fresh pastries and stuffed the jalapeños. And my wife supervised them and made all of the sides..it was a good day

Yeah, i am having fun with the new gf for sure!
Bringing mom some spatchcocked chickens Friday, but may do them on the stick burner. Fired that one up yesterday to cook the scrap i pulled off of the brisket i finished Saturday. I was going to do them with the brisket cook but forgot. My dogs been eating like kings! I threw the scrap i pulled off of the 6 sets of ribs today and cooked them up in a pan. They were hanging out by the fence waiting for their “Scooby Snacks”. lol!

That’s great. Best thing about a great cooker is you want to use it all the time. Makes for happy family, friends and neighbors

I used Pappys get it at most local stores around here.
I have been getting the itch to start experimenting with making my own tho.
