I like the idea of the clear coat. But that’s a lot work to get the metal perfect. ( could be my only one). Love the idea of linseed oil, probably wait till my next build that’s not insulated.

Paint is always a good possibility!

Crazy question not sure the correct place to post. I have not built a rotisserie smoker yet. Have a 40” x 6’ water tank that’s been calling my name for last few year. I love a set of plans. But I have not found anything. If anyone can point me in the right direction.
Built a couple reverse flows, couple gravity feeds and San Maria
Need to get that rotisserie smoker off the bucket list. Lol
