Long time lurker, first time contributor...

First of all I'd like to thank the many contributors to this site. Your knowledge base plus a set of Frank's plans have been invaluable. I fired up my 250 gallon RF smoker this AM and I've started the learning curve with my smoker. I was fortunate to find a 3/8" ancient butane tank along with a local scrap yard with very reasonable prices for steel. Long story short, I've got a variety of inexpensive cuts of meat on my perpetual project cooker for it's maiden voyage...

Thanks everyone for steering me in the right direction!
