Greetings from Greece!

Post by Deano » December 21st, 2021, 12:10 pm

Hi everybody. I'm deano and although originally from London, I'm now living in Greece after life threw me and mine a few curveballs but we were fortunate enough to make the best of them. Have only been smoking for two years ish, starting on a cos before moving onto a ProQ bullet smoker and a kamado.

I absolute love it and have even a few small scale catering events in that time. Am looking to open up a takeaway soon so will be looking to build a single smoker with a large capacity rather than having to use 3 or 4 smokers at once. Hopefully this means I can have a smaller premises and do less babysitting :D

The double pan gravity fed seems to be the one that's got my attention currently although I'm still doing a lot of reading, as this forum is great for it.

Cheers in arrears and advance for the info I've read and the questions I'll inevitably ask!

Thanks for the welcome. Ordered the double pan gravity feed plans earlier today, have the pdf just waiting for the CNC files to come before I can get a materials list together and convert everything to metric

Cheers, it's a lovely part of the world. Now that I actually live here, I'm looking forward to doing a lot of exploring. Whenever I came previously I'd always have to visit the inlaws which meant a very small exploration area. Although one year we drove from London to Greece and got to see a lot of countries that I wouldn't normally.
