All done, just need to put the gasket on. The buyer is putting the table on and dealing with tires and rims.

They did the first cook today. He had 10 briskets and 3 pork butts on there with room to spare. They chop everything up for tacos, so he cuts the briskets in half to get more smoke on them.

A lots of nice build.. when you put boiled linseed oil, how many time per year you need to oil it??

Thank you. I gave up on boiled linseed oil. Maybe I didn't do it right, but it didn't work all that great for me. Plus it turns all yellow and dingy over time.

It's a food truck, they go all over the local area. They're really popular. He posted this pic of the cut brisket today, looks like meat candy.
