Not sure if the video worked so here’s a photo. Anyhow it’s working really good. 24 hours after the coals were still hot.

My wife has been in the business of doing pop up cooking and she’s asked me to do some brisket so I’ll be sharing that soon. And I’m planning on smoking something I haven’t seen before so that’s a little top secret for right now. It’ll either be damn good or just a fail but I’m down to try
