+1 Blazer. Brewery, I like to have the end caps on before I cut the doors. At least it will somewhat stop the silliness that it will try to do. Leave several webs in the door while cutting will help as well. A bit of cooling time between cuts as well. And when / if it goes screwy on you, there are several ways to tweak the door out. It's residual stress that is in pipe and tank's both when they where rolled or formed. Sometimes you get lucky and they don't spring to far and sometimes you don't . I like to straighten mine after I put the flat bar on the door. Takes some time.
