Hey guys!

Looking forward to talking with you guys and learning from the experts. I have been cooking for ever and have come to the conclusion that I need to make my own cooking vessel so I will be content. SO, I figured I would start with a 350 gal propane tank and an old 25' bass boat trailer. [pics later]
I am a paramedic by trade, a teacher at heart, and a BBQ cook by the grace of God. I'm cooking on a Charbroiler dual action. Gas and Charcaol cooker added a smoke box and few more mods to help with temperature regulation. Used to have an original Kamado cooker, and also have a mini Webber kettle for the road.

I have been loking at a lot of smokers and have determined that I am gonna make a RF unit. I will also have a grill, 5 burners, storage and a few more odds and ends to the BEAST. By the time I am done I will be able to to cook anything, anywhere, for who ever, whenever!!

Knowledge is Power so gimme what you can spare!

Sorry Rick I'll try to keep the font "quieter" next go round! Macs are nice but only to other Macs.
