Thanks guys! All the parts on the shelf are company parts, NOT TO BE TOUCHED!! If ya know what I mean! We are getting it done slow but sure. All there is to do now , as far as the smoker is concerned, is to weld 5 hinges and add two doors. Then it is on to the trailer!

Yeah next time we work on it (Mon or Tues) I'll snap afew shots of the firebox door open. It actually has two doors..The big one on top for putting my wood into, and there is also one on the side for cleaning it out. The side door also has the air intake on it. Also, we still need to get the hinges and handle mounts on the side door but we're going to wait until it's on the trailer to do that. We started the trailer last night. I did take a few pics but forgot my camera on the workbench. :headwall:

All that's left to do on the smoker is mount the side firebox door and put the chimneys on. I figure 2-3 more days of working on it and I'll be towing it home to clean it, paint, it, and season it!!!

Well we got the trailer completed today and got started on the grill that will go on the "driver's side of the trailer. Almost done. All we got left is to complete the grill, mount the grill and the smoker onto the trailer, weld on the smokestacks and hinge the firebox side door. Then I det to take it home, clean it up, and paint it.

Well we got done building it tonight and I towed it home. I'll get moe and better photos once it's painted. I'd like to take the time to really thank Gus for getting this done for me. It couldn't have happened without all his help and I really appreciate all of the hard work he did. I now have my dream smoker.

FOOTNOTES:

Someone asked a while back for photos inside the firebox...If the one's I just posted aren't good enough for what you want to see let me know.

Yes I did get license plates for it. The ordinance Nazi in my city woulda gone ape $hit if I didn't have tags on a trailer in my yard. (yeah I know...private property, I shouldn't need tags)

I've had neighbors coming up while I was painting asking me to build them one...GUS...We gotta new business going if we want.

6/28 is my birthday..I spent it getting plates and paint on my new smoker...BEST Birthday ever!!!

My dream smoker is DONE...Thank you Gus
