Be careful DC that stuff seems to evaporate pretty quick. Heck my jar is almost empty ... let's do a study .. send me one or two of your jars and I'll let ya know if it evaporates just as quick. Might be a long study so this might be a good time to stock up and just ship in bulk to save time and money Just tell the postman it's BBQ supplies I'll post my results after I remember what the test was
If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
Everclear Apple Pie
1 1/2 gal apple cider
1/2 gal apple juice
2 cups sugar
9 cinnamon sticks
add all ingredients together in large pot and let simmer for about 2 hrs.
let cool to room temp. then add 1/5 bottle of everclear.

Apple Cider seems scarce, I might have to wait a few weeks as it seems to be seasonal down here. Either that or a whole bunch of folks are making apple pie!

$6 for a GOOD gallon of cider is very reasonable... it's the good part that's hard to find ...
