My recipe was very similar except more sugar and Everclear...at 190 proof

not true....there is alot of place that you can't buy 190.....you have to buy 151 proof.....

Everything else has been vacuum packed for another day but since I did beans with meat I knocked out one last pick. The twice baked potatoes took about 3 hours on the top rack but worth the effort (never had a smoked cheddar potato before).


If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

well its pretty damn expensive either way but at least when using moonshine you can feel like your sticking it in uncle sam's ass instead of the other way around lol
