Thanks all! Was planning to take her out for a test smoke this evening - wearing the requisite red velvet and black lapeled Hugh Hefner-esque dinner jacket (mit pipe) and waxing poetic about the finer qualities of brisket and dry rubs - but went salmon fishing today instead.
