Hello from Kansas City Mo

Post by rkboyer911 » July 16th, 2012, 12:31 pm

Hey all I have access to about 3-4 different size tanks that I might want to build into smokers. I saw this site and was like COOL!! I need your alls help! I have a small off set now that Im getting used to but with access to the tanks for free and I have a buddy that has a steel shop..I was like why not!!
Hope to get started on one very soon. I think the 1st one Im going to try is a 250 gallon propane tank.

:wsm: Looking forward to the build pics and samples of the Que :needfood:

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

Be careful now, this stuff is addicting!

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

Thanks all!! I just did 2 pork butts yesterday and a slab of ribs....My Brinkmann Pitmaster Deluxe EATS charcoal! Took 2 18lb bags to do that. WOW but it turned out pretty darn good! Wife is addicted now so I think I have her on board for me to start building on this propane tank ASAP.
