Here we are and we had a last minute personal full in....Gabe "The Polar Bear" Mankin...and in true fashion he was a big help!!!

Also I got to meet Kyle from TheSlabbs.com

And Frank can't help but to work on his Trager...

Hopefully Frank will post the scores later...do enjoy pics!!

I lost the photo....but I needed to mention thanks to Dinks....we used his homemade rub on our ribs and took 14th...thank you do much...that was a great rub...and soon as you get some for sale I would like some!!!

This is what we turned in....brisket photo didn't come out but not our best showing though a great contest and will be back next year. Don't tear them up too much. Photos taken with iPhone.

No one took a photo of the 15th place brisket. Those are not our best by far but that's what happens when it's 105 outside.

Chicken took dead ass last and so did the ribs pork was around 20th I believe

Doing well in brisket is always something to brag about... just sayin' ... :D


And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy. :D
