Tired of pulling pork

Post by lazydog » July 24th, 2011, 3:43 pm

I'm so tired of pulling pork, I started thinking of ways to do it fast/easier

Automatic pork puller
something like this should work. Having offset spikes that inter twine should work well. powered by a motor or maybe a drill chuck attachment. Maybe some of the master builders around here will get board enough to try, HINT HINT

Some see the glass as half full, While others see it as half empty.
I just wonder who's been drinking my beer!!!

I made up one of those drill type power pullers over the weekend from a floor drain. Will put it to the test weekend.

We make a lot of sausage and salami and have a big hand crank mixer. I was thinking about giving that a try or modifying the mixer with some spikes on it to help out.

I bought the materials to make the drill attachment but now I can't find the stuff.

Typical deal at my house tho. I'm used to it.

Matt....did you ever test this puller and did it work?

If you can't fix it by sheer force or cursing......then it can't be fixed.....
