DC great job on getting pics up quickly! The best 2 meats we turned in were chicken and ribs, best we have ever turned in! Brisket was up in the air on tenderness, and pork was definately the worst. We scored the highest in pork and brisket, and not even in the running on ribs and chicken. Scores made no sense, but had fun.

I wouldn't say the pork was the worst..... the pork I turned in at Girard was definitely the worst!
Had a great time!

Nice work fellers! As I told DC, turn in what you don't like and you will win it all! :)

You are dead on there S1!

If it's no good then make the judges eat it!
