You got that right Rick and Dink my Q at work last night was awesome. Believe it or not last night at the refinery was only the second time I used the reverse flow part of my big trailer build iwas very happy when it stabilized it was dead on on temps across at times. It generally hung between 5 to 8 degrees difference

I feel that a stable temperature is important for a cooker that you USE AT WORK!

Sheeesh! :-o

I'm going to have to try and talk the university into letting me build a great big smoker for them, so I too can smoke at work and get paid for it. I'll even paint it school colors.

Man, this is the south. B-) BBQ is just part of the work schedule around these parts but we can only cook up ribs in months that have an R in them :D

We use to do Friday night fish fries on the smoke deck when I worked on 3rd shift. We lost the smoke deck back in November of 2009 when a co-worker tried to fry a turkey and didn't know what he was doing - no more Fish Fries

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

I was gonna suggest a big Panther on the back side of the smoke chamber but I reckon that would be a bit tough to see :D

That is a great idea solo, they have came up with some really nice vinyl stickers of their mascot I could use to make it have more school spirit
