I saw one done on TV and it took overnight and had so many steps I couldn't even follow it ... I came away from it wondering how you could make something as simple as mac and cheese so complicated ...

well here's what the pork shoulder is looking like about 6 hours in.
here's some huge buns, only need one sandwich today lol.
and here's the mac and cheese heading for the smoker Rick, I think I could handle it just like this but smoked is better.

pork shoulder turned out awesome, bone fell right out.
had a very nice smoke ring also.

now that's a sandwich, home made bun, slaw and killer pulled pork.
