Maybe an extra cup of the Gumbo, just in case ... :D


If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

Yea I love gumbo and learned from a true full blodded cajun. I have had people tell me it is the best they have ever had. It is all in the rue and seasoning just gootta put your foot in it!!!! People always want my recipe and I tell them I can give you the basics but I dont measure nothing cause I make different size pots I just do it till it feels good :-t till it taste like I like it

I asked our local Gyro place the other day if they used fresh greeks in their greek salad.

I just got a confused look from the kid behind the counter ... so I ordered a gyro ...
