New to the site
can't type well I am a farmer up in the north east coner of ca. grewup mostlly grilling and deep pitting some pig on the spit not much of a welder but it is alwas strong built my first grill/spit combo trailer 25 years ago then a smoker cooker 20 years ago. not very good at the computer don't even email much to my wife dismay have 2 little girls 3 1/2 and 6 months

Sounds like you will fit in nicely .. I still type with 2 fingers .. shame they are both on my right hand If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
