I remain a fan of the screw outs as you can reproduce the air flow with rotation counts and even 1/2 rotations and when you dial them closed they are closed. jm2cw


If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

Yeah I really need to get it up off the ground... Its a hefty dude and a pain to move when needed.

Started building racks yesterday but didn't get too far

Also for today I've got a small butt, picnic ham, and some blue hake fillets on the smoker

Fish... This is first time we've had it.. Tastes a lot like halibut to me. Definitely will make it again

Guys I wish we could of, my almost 13yr old dog got a bad diagnoses at the vet so I have been spending what little time he has with him. Was supposed to put him down Friday but couldn't talk myself into it,,, unfortunately it's coming soon

It`s a pretty tough call Brew!, I`m think of you mate! we had to have our last two dogs put down Phoebe was 16 1/2 , Montana was going on 16 and the wife and I stayed with them until the end, just think of the good times you have had together,
