TWSS BBQ - Members - Ben Zaayer, Jeff Eckel, Chad Hall, and Charlie Zaayer (who holds down the chairs for us and occasionally does some taste testing - oh and he also built damn near everything we use...)
We compete in NE & IA and are toying with some comps in northern MO and Southern SD for next year (and if Rick keeps twisting my arm, Laramie, WY).

Not come up with a name for the bbq team yet. Trying to perfect the four categories for competition bbq. Maybe Twin smoke bbq team, out of BC, Canada.
