Rookie needs help. So when painting the tank, do you guys paint the insides and the cooking racks? would like your opinion on this. Will be starting my first build soon and need to know before I do the painting.

NO!!!!!!!! That all needs to get covered and seasoned!!!! DO NOT PAINT!!!!!!!!


If you can't fix it by sheer force or cursing......then it can't be fixed.....

Cool..Thanks DC.. I was just looking at Franks 160 gallon trailer build and looks as if he painted the insides and cooking racks.

Make the outside pretty and let the smoke do the coloring on the inside. :beer:
