Got the burgers made, pretzel buns are ready and boy are they great! they are soft as can be and the dough has a great taste. The grill is fired up and the sweet potato fry's are fryin.
Here's the finale,
Pretzel buns, covered with poblano pepper aioli sauce, fresh ground brisket burger, topped with Mexican chorizo, cinnamon and brown sugar glazed pineapple, and homade sweet potato frys on the side.
I'm just going to show up at your house for lunch someday...LOL:)
And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy.

Looks good Frank. Those sweet potato fries are good. They're also good cooked in the oil at a fish fry as slices. On your burgers, did you cook them on a smoker? I'm trying some burders on the UDS today for lunch.
Frank, that looks like one fantastic feast. How did you make the poblano pepper aioli? You know, you do an awesome job on building smokers, but maybe you show do a cookbook as well! I like the idea.
