How long do you brine a chipmunk? ... Would you think acorn hulls would be a good smoke flavor? hmmm .... bacon wrapped chipmunk ...nah too over the top. Ahhh stuffed chipmunk with a pecan dressing .. thats it! :beer:

pork loin wrapped in bacon,cubed up chicken breast soaked in balsamic dressing wrapped in bacon,polish sausage link and flat iron steak soaked in dales.

dang-it Harry ya went cheap on us ... bacon wrapped polish sausage would have been the centerpiece of that grill. Loosen up some man ... dont go stingy on the bacon :D ... ya went and got my tastebuds all excited and now their just ... well their just disappointed ... dang :ymsmug: ... but I'll try one of them chicken kabobs if it'll make ya happy

as soon as i get some ribs.....i'll never part with the stick burner,but the traeger is quick and easy for the smaller stuff....it replaced my gas grill.
