Back in 2004 I received a Brink-man Electric smoker (sorry no pic) from my kids for christmas. I still use it as a patio smoker, mainly for my Salmon Fillets. I've been real successful in my Salmon Brine and times for a nice turn out on my fillets. In 2006 on my way home from work in Provo UT. I saw a Lang 60" Original Smoker Cooker (pic follows) on a outer road for sale love at first site. In 2010 I was relocated for work to San Francisco and had to sell it......until this day it has haunted me for selling it...So now moving into Vegas I have decided to build a reverse flow out of a recently purchased 120 gallon air compressor tank..So the project begins and I will post the build as it continues. Thanks

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

Welcome to the site man, If I ever make it out to visit my daughter I will have to look ya up. She is over in Fernley.

Congrats on planning the new build, We cant wait to see the progress pics.

It is a sad deal that you had to sell the lang, ( great cooker ) but the up side is that when the new one is finished it will be even better then the lang.

Usually more beers than smoke.
