How long do you brine a chipmunk? ... Would you think acorn hulls would be a good smoke flavor? hmmm .... bacon wrapped chipmunk ...nah too over the top. Ahhh stuffed chipmunk with a pecan dressing .. thats it!
If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
pork loin wrapped in bacon,cubed up chicken breast soaked in balsamic dressing wrapped in bacon,polish sausage link and flat iron steak soaked in dales.
dang-it Harry ya went cheap on us ... bacon wrapped polish sausage would have been the centerpiece of that grill. Loosen up some man ... dont go stingy on the bacon ... ya went and got my tastebuds all excited and now their just ... well their just disappointed ... dang ... but I'll try one of them chicken kabobs if it'll make ya happy

as soon as i get some ribs.....i'll never part with the stick burner,but the traeger is quick and easy for the smaller stuff....it replaced my gas grill.
