My Journey....

Well today, Valentine's day, is the first step in my journey to the perfect smoked delicacy's.
I Just got my UDS (Ugly Drum Smoker) all set up on my BBQ Pad next to my Grill... Ill post a pick soon.
Here I go to start the seasoning process....

The Temp is beautiful outside today..... I think God must have known I was going to get the smoker today..... Yeehaw!

Easy instructions..... and it all worked according to plan.
All all seasoned up.

Starting my first smoked meats. I got some burgers on there, some brats.... and a pork loin.
I am so super excited!!

Is that sent from the I-Phone or did ya post from the computer when ya got home. Some may laugh since I ask that, but I used to know a guy that drove over the road and would chat while driving. And also chat while flying, oh ya he had a little cam so he could post live vid feed while he was flying.

I have a hard enough time staying between the lines when I am not on the phone. LOL
