Just before placing smaller Bisket in.....
After both are inside before closing lid for last time.....

Alright, keeping everyone up to date.........

Beer Count.....5 (4 boston lagers....and 1 saint arnolds DR12)
Small brisket is at 155.......big brisket (no thermometer), my guess is at 135....
