I've seen some cool looking commercial downspout for rain-gutters that is light (14ga?) sheet-metal and about 6 inch square. It would be different... and easy to make a flue damper for...

TQ made some rectangle tube chimneys on one of his builds that came out at angles, I thought they looked pretty good. Of course the lowered positioned dual exhausts he made for me are some serious good lookers as well with the adjustable caps.
If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
How do you mean? ,like screwed into a socket or bolted to a flange, for an alernative material and easy to get, I`m thinking about using driveshafts off pickups and larger trucks
I've had good luck cutting short pieces of thin wall pipe length-wise and removing a strip and compressing it with radiator clamps - makes a perfect sleeve pipe for a plug-in stack for transport... doesn't leak smoke ....
