it was about a year old at this time. the wood fender/shelves were made up of 1 1/2" beach, cut butcher block style. i spent a lot of time cutting glueing up and finishing the shelves. i resurched the finish and found a new "super" polimer/toung oil. well the florida sun ate through it in 3 months. so now i have stainless steel instead. i have a new paint job and red handels now. i loaned it out to the guy that built it and it came back all refreshed and new looking.
ok, just like a kidd on christmas morning i have been waiting for the mailman to bring me my big kahuna by smoke daddy. i did a test run with a small hand full apple wood chips. it smoked heavy for almost an hour. this weekend is going to be fun
