okay that is a good looking brisket....what did you rub her with? And blasting cap? =))

Im using pecan wood nice mellow flavor. Rub is a apple spice one also injected a little watered down beef base into it
the blasting caps are in a friend's old farm house

I can handle the distribution of any samples headed north. Just get them to Birmingham, I'll make sure they are properly enjoyed, I mean distributed. :D

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
