Today I got the smoke stacks on temp gauges in the warming cabinets, got the missing counter weight. One fender is on, two latches done, a few cook rack guides, prep rack done. Pictures are not the best iPad camera is not as good as they say.ImageImageImageImageImageImage

Well had a pretty good weekend a few minor things to complete next Friday morning then off to the paint shop then get the lights wired up then the moment I have been waiting for the smell of some good bbq coming from the stacks. I have my first vending event at the end of the month. Cutting it kinda short I will only have one weekend to try it out before. I hope it works.

Looking Great !!!

Not that you would need to, but can you open the CC doors all at the same time. Just asking.

if you open them in the right order one side sits a little lower than the other. so if you open the low side first then the high side all doors can be open at the same time.

I was once under the impression that large cookers were way over priced. Was I wrong!!!!!!! There is alot of work and money that goes into one of these baby's. I would not sell this cooker for less than $20,000. There is light at the end of the tunnel, Next weekend should see some paint and and hopefully a fire will be in the firebox.

A few bucks, but well worth it.

Mine has 6000 lb dexters under it. Really love it since I converted the surge brakes to elec. Awesome move on my part.
