Hello everyone, I am relatively new to smoking. I got started September of last year, using a CG Smokin Pro, and got instantly hooked. I entered my first comp 3 weeks ago and took 5th in Pork using a UDS. Now Im wanting to get more into competing, and I am looking at building me a propane tank smoker, so I've come to this site looking for that good information. As I go I will post questions, photos, and what have you, to help get this thing built. I look forward to interacting with everyone, and picking everyone's brain.
