You really need a couple packs of good old hot dogs and a pound of bacon.
Cut the dogs in thirds.
That make them just a little longer then a slice of bacon is wide.
Cut the bacon in half length wise.
Wrap the little dogs with 1/2 slice each and stick um with a tooth pick.
Toss um on the grate and smoke um untill the dog starts to split and the bacon is crispy.
BTW just incase you have not figured it out yet. Don't leave that lid off for very long at a time. The fire will light right up and the temps will skyrocket.
When I do the dogs, and I am ready to take um off. I open the lid and then take the whole grate out and put the lid back on.
Trust me on this one........ By the time you use tongs to pick up a grate full of dogs you will have flames shooting out the drum like a rocket engine.
Maybe you can do Pig Candy at the same time. Both are the bomb.
