Dcman and I are workin on some more UDS drums and workin on the big trailer and decided to do a couple leg quarters for lunch and a chuckie for supper. Lookin perty good so far. Usin the mini reverse flow today with some charcoal to start and some apple wood from Troyteam93

Frank, the chicken looks very inviting but I would be all over that roast quicker than two gars could skin a minnow awesome job. :mrgreen:
E.K. the only thing missing in that brisket pic is some pico and flour torts it looks delicious. :mrgreen:

Well, to be honest I really hate bread. That is the common loaf bread.

So, I will use a flour tort in place of most any slice of bread. The last contest I fried some sausage, slapped it on a tort with some cheese and a touch of sauce and I was good to go.

Shreaded brisket in a tort is the bomb. The only thing is that you have to use good tortillya's, can't use the crappy dried out hard ones. You want it to be a tort not a taco.

Great! - I just happen to have some nice soft flour torts in the fridge and some smoked provalone - pico, pico, pico, .... guess I'll have to pick up some pico - well I know what I'm having for lunch... thanks! (now - what am I doing in the fridge with this laptop? ...) :)
