Pork loin on the left, beef brisket on the right. Dry rub on both.
Trying two different rubs... We'll see how it turns out later... More pics coming.

Ya just gotta love those pork loins that you have to bend to get them on the grate. The last one I did, I told the kids it was a giant snake.

While this is technically a leftover... I think it Holds it's own for a killer meal.
Wife took the smoked brisket and left it in a croc pot on low heat for a few hours with BBQ sauce brown sugar and butter.

Then I put it on my nachos! :)
