I designed the fixed top shelf in the cooking chamber to hold 6-7 of the aluminum steam pans and the warming cabinet will hold 20 pans at capacity. A lot of my dimensions were calculated based on these 75 cent pans!!! I should be able to cook smoked beans, green beans, mac n cheese and corn bread all at once while cooking the meat!!!Clover Ridge Smokers wrote:By gosh I think that thing will cook.
I am trying to get this done to cook for a large event at the end of August where there are over 100,000 people over 4 days and 9 food vendors. The event is 7 miles from my house.
