I bought the two pieces through eastwood. They call it the heavy fabrication package. The 175 amp mig with a spool gun and the 60 plasma cutter they have had branded like the welder.
Will do that for sure. Have to finish repairing my jeep so I can be ready for winter and I have another cook coming up in two weeks, but I have to try the thing out if for nothing else just to do it.
If it ain't BBQ it ain't food.

I am starting to build a 250 gallon rf smoker and I showed my wife your picture, it looks great!
Good luck and enjoy the process. I am already designing a patio model for a friend and a smaller insulated gravity feed one for my self. If you need advice these guys are great. Use the calculator for sure I did and the cooker runs like a watch.

Have been drawing up the patio model based on my catering rig for my buddy who cooks with me. But we landed another cook so we have not had time to start cutting and welding yet.
Here was the roast this week end.
All done
200 lb pig for a fund raiser. Split in half and on the bottom rack
We cooked BBQ beans and au gratin potatoes for the fund raiser.
On the top shelf
2 13 pound briskets
2 9.5 lb pork butts
to pay the help.

And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy.
Current smokers: Egor (trailered RF) and Easybake (tabletop pellet drive)
