You could go 35×30×30 on the firebox according to the calculator & yes your stack may need the inches to draft properly. Im thinking 2 stacks would be ok as long as it totaled 52 inches or you could look for a 8" stack & then the calculator calls for 32"ish. Im far from a expert but maybe Frank or one of the more knowledgeable builders will chime in soon. I wanted a shorter stack on my build so I went with larger diameter.
Thanks for responding. I checked with a metal vendor 236 bucks for a 8 inch. You think it would be cheaper since I live 10 miles from the steel plant.lol

Got a hold of a 8 inch from a friend, hinges are being lazer cut, close to having all my parts , this will be my first reverse flow cooker can't wait to use it. I have built three other cookers about the same size, looking for the even heat from a reverse and would also like to say this is a awesome site.will post snap shots as the build goes in between hunting.
