Hello
Hello, I am a BBQ novice wanting to learn all I can about smoking for fun and competition cooking. I am sure to learn a lot from this site. I entered a local completion this past weekend with any cooker allowed. I just wanted to place in the top 3 of one of the 4 catagories. I was blessed to become Grand Champion with my electric smokers. I would love to do this with a reverse flow smoker and just keep improving.
